Shipping & Returns

At Earth Inspired Living we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the guidelines below. In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and notify you via email. You, of course, will only be charged for items upon shipment.

Earth Inspired Living will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of the return with a valid receipt. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail or in person at our store location, again with a valid receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
